Before you invite someone into your business, you should know who you’ll be working with.
I’m Kara Montgomery, founder of Two Point Oh Advisory Group. My background is in commercial sales and client relationships, including healthcare capital equipment. I bring that commercial perspective to the way I approach business: understand what matters, make the next step clear, and follow through.
Sales involves much more than a proposal or a signed agreement. It connects customer needs, business priorities, communication and delivery. A recommendation has to make commercial sense, and the people carrying it out need to understand what happens next.
That connection between a decision and its execution sits at the heart of Two Point Oh.
Why Two Point Oh exists
Running a business means holding many things together: customers, people, priorities, processes and decisions. As the business changes, the way it operates needs attention too.
Two Point Oh helps owners and leaders bring clarity, structure and practical execution to that work. Sometimes the starting point is a difficult decision. Sometimes it is a process that has become cumbersome, responsibilities that need defining, or a plan that needs turning into action.
We begin by understanding the business as it is: what works, where the pressure sits and what would make a meaningful difference. From there, we agree on a focused way forward.
How I work
I value clear conversations, thoughtful questions and practical detail. Recommendations should fit the business, and everyone should understand what we are working towards.
The 2.0 Method provides the structure: Discover, Design, Deploy, Develop and Drive. It connects understanding the business with designing its next version, putting changes into practice and reviewing the results.
Behind Two Point Oh is someone who takes the commercial realities seriously, alongside the relationships that make a business work.
If you’re considering what your business needs next, let’s start with a conversation.
